The short version: build what you like within the rules below. Gramflow is in beta and provided as-is. You own your flows and content; we own the platform. You're responsible for your bots and for following Telegram's rules. Don't abuse the service.
1. Agreement
These Terms are between you and Nodeflow Labs ("we", "us"), the maker of Gramflow. By creating an account or using Gramflow, you agree to them. If you're using Gramflow for an organisation, you confirm you're allowed to accept these Terms on its behalf.
2. What Gramflow is
Gramflow is a tool for building, testing, and hosting Telegram bots from a visual canvas. It is currently in beta: features may change, break, or be removed, and it's provided "as is" and "as available" without service-level guarantees.
3. Your account
You need an account to use Gramflow. Keep your login secure and don't share it — you're responsible for what happens under your account. You must be at least 16 to use Gramflow.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Build bots that send spam, scams, malware, or unlawful, hateful, or abusive content.
- Break the law or violate anyone's rights, privacy, or intellectual property.
- Reverse-engineer, resell, or copy the platform, or scrape it beyond normal use.
- Circumvent rate limits, quotas, security, or access controls.
- Interfere with or overload the service or the infrastructure behind it.
- Violate Telegram's Terms of Service or bot rules.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules, with notice where practical.
5. Your content and your bots
You keep all rights to the flows, content, and bots you create. You're responsible for them and for the data your bots collect from their users. You grant us the limited permission we need to store and run them so we can provide the service. We don't claim ownership of your content.
6. Third-party services and keys
Gramflow connects to services you choose — Telegram, and AI providers like OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google when you add your own key. Your use of those services is governed by their terms, and any costs they charge for your key's usage are yours. We're not responsible for third-party outages or changes.
7. Our intellectual property
Gramflow, its software, design, and brand belong to Nodeflow Labs. These Terms don't give you any rights to them beyond using the service as intended.
8. Fees
Gramflow is free during the beta. If we introduce paid plans, we'll tell you in advance and you can decide whether to continue.
9. Termination
You can stop using Gramflow and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms or to protect the service or other users. On termination, your right to use Gramflow ends and we may delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Disclaimer
Gramflow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your requirements — especially during beta.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nodeflow Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim — which, during the free beta, is zero.
12. Indemnity
You agree to cover us for claims arising from your use of Gramflow, your bots, your content, or your breach of these Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes will be subject to the courts having jurisdiction there.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. We'll post the new date here and, for significant changes, let you know in the app or by email. Continuing to use Gramflow means you accept the updated Terms.
